Where shall we get dinner?

It’s a common question we’ve all asked. As a customer, we found ourselves having to first find a food establishment’s website, if they even had one, and hunt around for their menu. We could not figure out why they’d make it hard to find! And then more times than not, having to download a PDF file of the paper menu that is available in person. If you don’t normally deal with PDFs on your phone, you’re faced with picking which app to use to open it, if there is one. Those apps are all clunky and small because PDFs are really meant to be dealt with using complex office type software.

This is all frustrating when WE’RE HUNGRY and just want to decide where to go so we can start driving!

Mind you, this is just the process for looking at a menu. If you want to order, you need to go to some third-party delivery service platform, even if you don’t want delivery but just want to pick your order up yourself. And there’s so many choices! Where do we look first?

This should not be so difficult. We knew how easy it could be, so we set about creating a better way.

While looking into it, we started hearing stories about how much restaurants were being charged for delivery services to host their menu and process payments for pickup orders… as a percentage of each and every sale! We were honestly horrified at how wrong and opportunistic this seemed. And it’s become the standard.

We’d like to offer you an alternative. An ordering system online on your domain where orders are placed directly to you, payment is made directly to you and we never collect a commission. You pay an honest up front price for a simple service.
